Kangana Ranaut’s Smiling Pose in ‘Simran’ First Look


Kangana Ranaut has already said Adios to all the controversies associated with her personal life, and she has now started the works of her new movie with the National Award winning filmmaker Hansal Mehta.

The film has been titled “Simran”, and Kanana’s first look in this outing has been unveiled on July 06, 2016.

Renowned film critic Taran Adarsh shared the photo of the “Dhaam Dhoom” star through his official social media handle. Earlier reports indicate that Ranaut is enacting the role of a Punjabi housekeeper in this project.

She is now working in the United States, and one unfortunate day, she gets caught up in a bank robbery case. An official announcement regarding the major plot is yet to be made. The script of the film is penned by Apurva Asrani.


In the first look, we have Kanana wearing a black top. Her hair style seems unique, and within the first glance, we can make out that she is doing the character of a housekeeper. She has been named Praful Patel in this film.

“Simran” is being produced by Shailesh Sinh and Bhushan Kumar. The shooting of the flick is expected to begin by August.

Rajkumar Rao who has previously shared screen space with the star in “Queen” has been roped in to play the protagonist’s role in this flick.

Kanana’s name in this movie is Praful, but why the movie has been titled “Simran”. We should wait till the release of the film to know the ultimate reason behind this. The actress who is a real queen in portraying unique roles is expected to strike gold in this film as well.
