Ray J accused of four crimes, including sexual battery

The 33-year-old has been charged with four crimes, in association with his drunken escapades in May, and with sexual battery. According to the cops, it was not sexual battery because Ray J’s act was “incidental” and not intentional. By the looks of it, the D.A. does think so too.

The alleged boob-grabbing incident happened at a bar in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. In line with this, cops stressed that they found ‘new evidence’ which definitely brought Ray J’s misdemeanors to a whole new level.

It was reported that he became aggressive when the hotel’s security tried to make a citizen’s arrest after the “incident” happened. He was then taken into custody by the Beverly Hills Police Department. Also, he allegedly spat on a police officer.

What’s more interesting is that Ray J also allegedly kicked out of a police car’s window. He explained to TMZ that he was claustrophobic.

Later, he was charged with four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, two counts of vandalism and one count of sexual battery.

Ray J is Kim Kardashian’s ex, where both of them starred in their infamous sex tape that was exposed on March 2006.
