The study report found that the intake of these healthy foods will decrease the chances of type 2 diabetes by 34 percentage. Similarly, regular intake of food items like refined grains and potatoes will increase the chances of diabetes by 16 percentage.

Ambika Satija, in a recent talk, told that even moderate changes in the diet will bring positive changes to your health.
